BOQ assumptions: Adhesive covers 3 m² per 20 kg bag for ceramic or porcelain and 5 m² for mosaics. Grout is calculated from tile size, joint width and tile thickness. Spacers are allowed at four per tile, aluminium edges are 2.5 m long, and waterproofing is allowed at approximately 1 L/m² for the complete coat system.
